Lester Portal FAQs
Just go to any of our company’s website (listed below) and click on the “Lester Portal” link on the header bar.
Click “Register here”, enter your e-mail address and create a password, then click continue. Then continue to fill out the form. Please make sure the “In-Store Account Number” is correct. You can find this on your invoice or statement next to “Customer”
You will receive a notification once your account is verified.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click Account Sign-In and click “Forgot your password?”. Enter your e-mail address and click submit. If you’ve registered, a reset link will automatically be sent to you.
Please contact our Accounts Receivable department to sign-up for e-mailed statements and invoices.
As soon as you log in, you will see the “Total Due” at the top of the page. Click on Statements or Invoices & Credits to view individual document totals. After clicking into either Statements or Invoices & Credits, you can use the “Job Tags” filter to drill down even more.
Click on Statements. Your statements will show starting from the most recent.
To download an individual statement, simply click on the statement number you want to download.
To download multiple statements at once, check the box next to the statements you want to download. Hover over the “Download” button in the top right corner of the page and choose to download as either one file or multiple files.
Click on Invoices & Credits. You will see a tab for Invoices and another for Credits. By default, these are listed starting with the most recent open invoice.
To download an individual invoice or credit, simply click on the document number you want to download.
To download multiple invoices or credits, check the box next to the invoices or credits you want to download. Hover over the “Download” button in the top right corner of the page and choose to download as either one file, multiple files, or as a .csv file.
Yes, you can pay your account online with ACH or credit card. Please note that payments made with credit card are subject to a 2% convenience fee. A convenience fee does not apply to payments made by ACH, check, and/or cash.
Yes, you are able to use one log-in for all the companies for which you need access. Upon logging in, you will be able to select which account you want to log in to. Once logged in, click “Switch Account” button at the top of the Account page to quickly change between companies.
